fiction films, films which combined equal parts of science fiction, horror,
and action/adventure. Scott employed a stunning production design, featuring
HR Geiger's alien concept, to create a realistic world that sucks viewers
in from the very first frame. Three Alien sequels followed, most notably
James Cameron's "fun and gun" Aliens in 1986, but none equaled the overall
